## AI Recommendation Reasons

Worth considering if a child wants a kit for making and decorating hair accessories: the source describes an 89-piece set with eight headbands, eight hair clips, decorations, and a bow maker. The source reports a final price of $9.99 with promo code LSSSYXNF, but Amazon prices and promotions may change.

Best suited for: Kids who want to design and decorate headbands and other hair accessories, as described by the source.

### Why It’s Worth Buying

- The kit includes eight headbands and eight hair clips, giving kids multiple accessories to decorate.
- Ribbons, bows, sparkly gems, and other decorations support a variety of designs.
- A bow maker is included to help with bow-making.

### Why the Price Makes Sense

The source reports a $9.99 final cost with promo code LSSSYXNF and lists $19.98 as the regular price. It also shows $16.65 before the code, so the reported prices do not explain how the final price is calculated. The $19.98 figure is a source-reported reference, not proof of typical selling price; available price data cannot establish the offer's value against market prices.

### Consider before buying

- The reported $9.99 price requires promo code LSSSYXNF at checkout.
- The source says Amazon prices and promotions are subject to change.
- The article lists $16.65 before the code and $9.99 as the final cost but does not explain the difference.
