AI Recommendation Reasons
Source-based
Worth considering if you want a scanner with bidirectional controls for tasks such as resets and actuator tests. The source reports a $182 price, free shipping, and a coupon code, but the listed price and claimed coupon savings do not exactly reconcile.
Best suited for DIYers interested in bidirectional controls, specialized maintenance resets, and AI-assisted fault-code analysis, as described by the source.
Why It’s Worth Buying
The source says it offers full bidirectional control and active actuator testing, which may suit DIYers seeking to run those functions.
The source lists 15 specialized vehicle maintenance reset functions, potentially useful for buyers who need those resets.
The source describes lifetime free software and diagnostic updates, so the listed update access does not require a stated recurring fee.
Why the Price Makes Sense
The source reports $182 against a $240 list price and says coupon code MUCAR632 saves $57.60. Those figures do not exactly reconcile: $240 minus $57.60 is $182.40, while the displayed price is $182. The source reports free shipping. These are source-reported figures, not independently verified prices; the available price information does not establish typical selling price or price history.
Consider before buying
The source gives an expiration date of 11/1/2026 but no time or timezone.
The displayed $182 price and claimed $57.60 coupon savings do not exactly match the $240 list price when subtracted.
