Worth considering if you plan to buy multiple tarte items: the source reports 40% off sitewide for free VIP members and free shipping on all orders. VIP members buying 3 items also qualify for a free lipstick, while the source does not provide product-specific prices or confirm how the discounts combine.

Best suited for: Shoppers planning a multi-item tarte Cosmetics order who are willing to join its free VIP program.

### Why It’s Worth Buying

- The reported free shipping applies to all orders, which may benefit shoppers placing smaller orders.
- The 40% sitewide offer includes travel-friendly minis, according to the source.
- VIP members purchasing 3 items are offered a Maracuja Juicy Liquid Lip in Pink Passion, automatically added to the cart, according to the source.

### Why the Price Makes Sense

The source reports 40% off sitewide for VIP members but provides no item prices, so the actual checkout cost or value for a particular product cannot be established from available price data. It also reports free shipping on all orders; the lipstick is a separate gift tied to a 3-item purchase.

### Consider before buying

- The 40% discount and free lipstick require free VIP membership.
- The free lipstick requires a purchase of 3 items.
- The source gives only a date, not a time or timezone, for the stated October 16 deadline.
