Amazon has replaced its Fire tablet lineup with new Alexa Tablets running standard Android with the Google Play Store, led by the flagship Alexa Tablet 12 Pro starting at $499.99 at Amazon. The 12 Pro features a 12-inch 120Hz display, a 4nm processor, and optional stylus and keyboard accessories, with smaller 11-inch ($329.99) and 8-inch ($229.99) options also available. However, storage is fixed without reported microSD expansion, and early impressions note that multitasking software is not yet as polished as competing tablet platforms.
