## AI Recommendation Reasons

Worth considering if you need phone-connected thermal imaging for tasks such as checking insulation or water leaks: the source reports that the P3 works with iPhones and Android phones and can detect temperatures from -4 to 1,112°F. The article reports a $242 price with code THERMCAM10, while noting that reflective metallic surfaces can affect accuracy.

Best suited for: Phone users who want a thermal camera for checking issues such as hidden cameras, insulation problems, or water leaks, as described in the source.

### Why It’s Worth Buying

- The source says it supports both iPhones and Android phones, making it relevant to users of either platform.
- Its stated -4 to 1,112°F detection range may suit users who need to inspect a broad range of temperatures.
- The source reports heat mapping, pinpoint temperature measurement, zoom, and area isolation, which may help focus an inspection.

### Why the Price Makes Sense

The article reports a $242 checkout price with code THERMCAM10 versus a source-described usual price of $349. Those amounts differ by $107, but the $349 reference is not evidence of a typical selling price. Shipping and any other checkout conditions are not stated, so value cannot be fully established from the available price data.
