TechRadar evaluated Maya Mobile’s updated travel eSIM service, which offers flat-rate universal coverage across more than 165 countries starting at $9.99 for three days up to $49.99 for 30 days. The source notes that while multi-country roaming convenience is strong, buyers cannot customize data allowances or exact travel durations, often forcing upgrades to longer validity tiers. Additionally, the service is data-only without a local phone number, and official help terms outline potential speed throttling past 3GB daily despite storefront claims of unthrottled data.

## Media review

The TechRadar Pro review describes Maya Mobile as potentially convenient for travelers crossing countries, but says fixed plan durations and destination-specific network access can limit its fit. It advises checking local network partners and whether a plan duration matches the trip.
