In a Tom's Guide review, the Belkin SoundForm ANC headphones earned praise as a budget-friendly $39 over-ear option for children, highlighting versatile wired and wireless connectivity alongside convenient built-in audio sharing features. The reviewer found that while the 85dBA volume-limited audio is adequate for casual listening, the active noise cancellation is ineffective and muffles playback quality. Additionally, the relatively heavy 10.2-ounce frame and headband cushion caused discomfort during extended sessions, making them best suited for casual road-trip use without relying on ANC.

## Media review

Tom’s Guide's reviewer says the SoundForm ANC is a middle-ground kids' headphone option, with wired/Bluetooth flexibility and audio sharing as strengths, but notes uncomfortable headband fit and disappointing ANC.
