## AI Recommendation Reasons

Worth considering if you want a smartwatch with sleep and health tracking and use a Samsung Galaxy phone. The source reports a $159 price and free shipping, while noting that some health features require a more recent Galaxy phone.

Best suited for: Samsung Galaxy phone users interested in sleep reports, activity tracking, and health features.

### Why It’s Worth Buying

- Sleep reports cover sleep cycles, blood oxygen, skin temperature, and snoring after a single night of use, according to the source.
- The watch tracks heart rate, sleep, stress, and energy level, and includes sleep apnea detection.
- Its 5ATM and IP68 ratings may suit buyers seeking water and dust resistance; the source specifies water resistance up to 50 meters.

### Why the Price Makes Sense

The source reports a $159 price, down from a $250 reference price, and free shipping. That reference price is not evidence of a typical selling price, and the supplied source provides no price history, so it cannot establish the size or usualness of the savings.

### Consider before buying

- The source says some health features require a more recent Galaxy phone.
- The source lists battery life as up to 22 hours; actual use may differ.
- The source reports free shipping, but does not specify delivery timing.
