TechRadar reviewed eRoaming, a UK-based provider offering local, regional, and global travel eSIM data packages ranging from small bundles to 30-day plans. The review found competitive pricing in destinations like Europe and noted multi-network access, though advertised "unlimited" tiers throttle speeds to 128Kbps once daily allowances are reached. Travelers should purchase and install profiles before departure—especially for destinations like China or India where on-arrival transactions may be blocked—and note that deleted profiles cannot be reinstalled, with support inquiries taking a reported 24 to 72 hours.

## Media review

The reviewer says eRoaming may suit travelers visiting a single country, preferably in Europe, who mainly need data for maps, messaging, browsing, and occasional hotspot use. The review cautions that “unlimited” plans have daily high-speed limits and prices vary by destination.
