Best suited for: People looking to fill gaps and improve thin lawn areas in sun-and-shade conditions, with coverage for up to 1,200 sq. ft. per 12 lb bag, according to the source.

### Why It’s Worth Buying

- The 3-in-1 mix includes grass seed, fertilizer, and soil improver, so one product combines gap-filling and lawn-improvement components.
- The source says one bag covers 1,200 sq. ft., which helps buyers assess whether the bag matches their lawn area.
- The post reports free shipping or free store pickup where available, offering fulfillment options subject to location.

### Why the Price Makes Sense

The source reports a $12.97 price and a next-best available price of $24.44 at the time of the post, describing the difference as $11.47 (46.9%). It also displays $30 in the deal header, a separate source-reported reference. These figures are not merchant-verified or proof of typical selling price; the post reports free shipping but says availability may vary.

### Consider before buying

- Shipping and store pickup availability may vary by location.
- The source says the claimed lawn-thickening results are subject to proper care and may vary based on the lawn's current condition.
