## AI Recommendation Reasons

This Old Navy clearance event covers apparel for women, men, girls, boys, toddlers, and babies, and code EXTRA takes an additional 20% off most clearance prices. It may be worth considering if you are shopping across those categories, but check whether your items qualify and note that the article gives conflicting expiration dates.

Best suited for: Shoppers looking for clearance apparel across Old Navy's women's, men's, girls', boys', toddler, and baby categories.

### Why It’s Worth Buying

- The source reports more than 2,355 items in the clearance event, offering a broad range of apparel to browse.
- Code EXTRA provides an additional 20% off most clearance prices, which may benefit buyers whose selected items are eligible.
- The source says Encore membership is free to join and provides free shipping on orders over $50.

### Why the Price Makes Sense

The article does not provide one price for a specific offered product, so the value of the overall event cannot be established from available price data. It reports select baby items starting at $1.47, but that example is not a price for the event as a whole. Free shipping is conditional on an order over $50 and Encore membership.

### Consider before buying

- The article says the coupon expires October 15 in the body but lists “Expires 10/16/2026” in its details; no expiration time or timezone is provided.
- The extra 20% discount applies to most clearance prices, not necessarily every item.
- Free shipping requires an order over $50 and Encore membership.
