### Why It’s Worth Buying

- The source reports a $12.99 price after applying the stated $13.00 promo code, below its reported pre-code price of $25.99.
- Free shipping is reported, so the source does not indicate an added shipping charge.

### Why the Price Makes Sense

The source reports $25.99 before the code and $12.99 after applying the $13.00 code. This is a source-reported offer, not a verified merchant price or evidence of the product's typical selling price. The offer is limited to Prime members, and the source warns that Amazon promo codes may not apply seamlessly.
