PCMag reviewed the $349.99 ViewSonic VG1457 dual-screen portable monitor, highlighting its hinged pair of 14-inch 1200p IPS panels, built-in kickstand, and flexible display configurations including stacked, portrait, and presentation modes. The reviewer noted helpful features like three USB-C ports with power passthrough and support for two simultaneous inputs. However, lab testing revealed low brightness at 211 nits and limited 52.4% sRGB color coverage, making it suitable for general office documents and web browsing rather than color-critical creative work.

## Media review

PCMag rated the ViewSonic VG1457 3.5/5, describing it as a capable dual-screen portable monitor for lower-impact tasks while identifying limited color coverage and modest brightness as its main weakness.
